Alison creates a uniquely focused, physically and energetically safe container for a live, collective, vibrational, and intentional sound experience for each Sound Journey. You are welcome to bring a folding chair if neededWHAT TO EXPECTWhen you arrive you will check-in, remove your shoes and locate your space in the room. Everyone is encouraged to get settled into their space being mindful of others. Turn-off or silence your cellphone/watches. Then you may relax, meditate or engage in quiet conversation.Alison will lead the Opening & Introductions. She will set the tone and prepare everyone for the collective journey.
